A further 4th bedroom can accommodate 3 kids in single beds. The bedrooms on the ground floor level open out to the expansive heated swimming pool. A waterfall is present created from water cascading down from the swimming pool on the level above. 

The living area is perfect for entertaining. A large open plan formal lounge is fully air-conditioned offering superior ocean views, gas fireplace and 8 seater dining table. This flows in one direction to the swimming pool, outdoor terrace and BBQ area, again offering beach and ocean views. In the other direction is the designer kitchen, featuring a gas stove and all the latest appliances. A breakfast bar sections the kitchen from the comfortable TV lounge air conditioned with Satellite TV and music system. There is secure garage parking for two cars. The villa is serviced on all working days.
