Luxury abounds with Burnt Sugar leather wallpaper, Klaus Tiedge artwork, Artemide Lamps and a genuine Nguni hide on the solid wood floor.  The en-suite generous travertine bathroom has double aspect sinks, a deep soaking bath and a thick glass walled rain shower with views to Lion�s head.   A separate entrance leads to an expansive wooden deck with fabulous views of Lion�s head � perfect for that afternoon Gin & Tonic.

2-	The �White Room� - A smooth all white Queen-sized bedroom

Also on the first floor, this room has expansive ocean views, complemented by a private balcony to further enjoy the view. Step out of the door to the exclusive all travertine bathroom, with bath and rain shower with a view on to Lion�s Head. An ideal room if you want the kids next door.


3-	The �Pink Room� � An airy generous Queen-sized bedroom

Also located on the first floor, there are gorgeous views to the ocean and Robben Island from the bed. A white room with bright pink textured wallpaper that serves as a backdrop for a magnificent Balinese wood carving that took over a year to create.  There is an en suite bathroom with a large rain shower.


4 � The �Guest Room�- A large Guest King-sized bedroom 

Located on the lower ground floor this room has fantastic views of the ocean and direct access to the pool deck.  A perfect luxurious guest bedroom, that offers complete privacy.  Chocolate brown ostrich leather wallpaper, Nguni hide on real wood floors, a generous en suite with soaking bathtub and separate rainshower and access to a separate kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine means you do not need to see your hosts if you don�t wish to�.


5 � �The Movie and Games Room� - A cool sofa bed for the unexpected visitor

Surrounded by the temptation of a well-stocked wine cellar, this comfortable Queen-sized sofa bed nestles in the blue light of this very funky space if an unexpected visitor decides to stay overnight. It offers independence on the lower level of the house with access to the private cloakroom (5th toilet in the house).


PUBLIC SPACES AND OVERALL HOUSE LAYOUT

1-	UPPER LEVEL 
This is the main living space, with 3 bedrooms on this level, each with its own en suite and outstanding ocean views and sunsets. An expansive wooden terrace and mini garden with close up views of Lion�s Head offers a perfect location for a morning coffee or afternoon Gin & Tonic while relaxing on the sun loungers watching climbers on Lions Head

2-	GROUND FLOOR LEVEL 
There are expansive viewing windows as you walk in. Gaze at the ships on the ocean by day while sipping an espresso, or at the city lights at night 
while enjoying a glass of wine � or swivel around to take in spectacular views of Lion�s Head.  This leads to an 8- seater dining table and an large open plan kitchen island with amazing ocean and sunset views. �Further along a living room filled with original paintings and artefacts opens onto a wide balcony across the entire floor with views towards Robben Island. There is a scullery complete with reverse-osmosis filter, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and access to the large 2 car garage with electric shutters.

3-	LOWER GROUND FLOOR 
The largest area of the house with an ultra modern office space and a modern gym with views of the ocean leads on to an exterior funky entertainment area with relaxing sofas and an 8- seater outdoor dining table and fireplace, plunge pool/ pool deck with sun loungers and a braii for those inevitable barbeques.  For those more intent on catching up with sports/movies /TV, there is a dedicated interior entertainment area, with Bose surround sound. For those intent on shaking a leg there is a space that easily converts to an impromptu dance floor. A large private ensuite guest bedroom, separate kitchenette with fridge / freezer and Nespresso machine and a cloakroom complete this substantial floor.

4-	MOVIE ROOM AND WINE CELLAR
Step into darkness and a sense of anticipation as you walk down into this cool space that houses an all glass wine cellar lit by a blue light, housing a substantial collection of the owner�s wines. A comfortable 8- seater cinema (and sofa that converts into a guest bed) with high quality Epson projection, Bose surround sound and a Sony Play Station is aimed at providing hours of entertainment for adults and children alike.
