This 1920 ‘Grande Dame’, being one of the last remaining very elegant, original residences, nestles in a prime position just above the sea and very close to famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. Bingley Place is a double storied villa that can be rented out as a 5 bedroom en suite house with pool, or two separate, individual self-contained units, each on ‘ground floor’ due to the steep gradient of the land. There is no internal access between the two floors of the house and therefore these 3 and 2 bedroom units have their own private entrances. If rented separately, the pool is for the exclusive use of the upstairs level.

Wifi internet throughout, private housekeeping Monday to Friday, alarm linked to armed response. 
Heaters and fans in each room. Aircon units only in upstairs lounge and dining. 
TVs only in the lounges with full satellite tv and dvd players.
