Our small niche luxury villas company has been renting holiday accommodation in Cape Town as far back as the last century. We do not employ agents, so when you talk with us, you are always taking to the business owners. Please be assured: “We will be there for you.”

1. Galleries within the Navigation.
Originally designed to assist ourselves making it possible to refresh one’s mind of fifty properties within a handful of minutes, from the homepage or navigation system. To facilitate this we added functionality so you can scroll through up to eight photographs per property.
2. Enhanced and Fun Favourites
Continuing in the theme of creating tools for villa professionals and making them available for our clients, when we wish to organise properties to respond to requests we created an enhanced favourites system.
First, you can add villas to favourites with the favourite buttons, or the star icons on the homepage villa drop-downs. Note when you do the villa on the homepage and in navigation takes on a dark background.
Second to access your favourites click the star icon in the top right of the screen.
Once inside we made if simple, fun and functional all at the same time, you can drag and drop your properties in to order, and activate the pink heart icon to place your favourite favourites at the front of your list. When making a booking the order of favourites is a part of your enquiry and we collectively work within that environment.
3. Attributes Points
To assist our own assessments we developed “Attribute Scoring,” created by the attributes you see written within each properties display.
There are about 200 different attributes a property may have, from distance to the beach to the effects of the wind.
As an example, please consider the swimming pool, which has five different possible attributes: Shared Pool (-10 points), Dip Pool (0 points), Private pool (20 points), Bigger Pool (50 points) and Spectacular Pool (100 points).
As with the galleries within navigation, to our knowledge we are the first company in travel or real estate to create this convenient tool. We hope they are to your liking.

For this reason, we do not hire sales staff or offer commission to agents, we do the work ourselves, what you see is what you get. Our unique business model allows us to spend a lot more time with clients and makes what some call work into the thing we do in the sun each day.
Zenda Scholtz (37) born in South Africa started working in South African travel in 2004, before moving to Dubai where she gained valuable experience in high-end villa and apartment rentals, with the market leaders: “Edward and Towers.” Learning from their customer centric approach, designed to encouraging repeat business.
when Zenda returned to Cape Town to work with Nick Ray Ball and Cape Town market leaders Cape Villas.com her ideas, people skills and ambition saw her develop and be recruited as a partner in the niche Cape Town villas company: "Cape Luxury Accommodation."
Now having been a part of the business process since 2011, Zenda is very proud to be 50% co-owner and Managing Director of the first S-Web travel franchise of “Cape Town Luxury Villas.com”
Jennifer Swienty (36) Born in Germany, worked for many years in the music industry, taking care of her clients travel and accommodation requirements.
Jenny has travelled extensively as a result and in 2004 her travels took her to Cape Town where she quickly made her home. Initially working for a radio station before switching to the ever growing property rental industry, working for one of the city’s most established companies, before starting her own company “Cape Luxury Accommodation” in 2007, handling rentals for many clients including people in the film, music and fashion industry.
As her relationship with Zenda prospered into a fun and efficient partnership, Jenny was offered co-ownership of “Cape Town Luxury Villas.com” and is looking forward to 2014 and beyond.
Nick Ray Ball (42) Born in Belgravia, London, England. Nick first visited Cape Town in 1999; after four days later he purchased a holiday apartment and decided to emigrate. A year later, business permit in hand he purchased a plot of land in Camps Bay and built his first luxury villa. 15 years later when it comes to the villas industry in Cape Town, (Denise Dogon aside) Nick Ray's name would be first on many people’s lips.
Current owner of Cape Villas.com, Experience Africa, S-World, S-Web and author of “American Butterfly." As CEO of Cape Villas from 2002 to 2010 Nick Ray steered the ship to the world’s highest honour in niche travel, when in 2009 he was recognized by Condé Nast Traveler.
Since 2011, Nick has worked tirelessly on this website, its systems and its business model, which is destined to be emulated across the globe in 2014.
