Villa Alphen Views is an elegant villa in upper Constantia in the Alphen area. It is a well appointed double story villa which comprises of 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms over 3 levels.  There is a lovely pool house with bar and TV area open onto a terrace by the pool. The gardens are lush with beautiful trees are well kept and a delight to spend time in. The villa has a large terrace area for entertaining too.  This is a great house for families or groups want to explore the area of Constantia, its wine and fabulous restaurants. The beach is a mere 20 minutes away and Cape Town is a short 10 mins away. 

From the entrance hall  one walks into the open plan lounge and dining area which opens onto the terrace with steps down to the pool . There is a guest toilet and double bedroom on this level.  On the upper level there is a further two double bedrooms all en-suite. At the pool level there is the bar, TV area and a further bedroom below with en-suite bathroom.  

(There are two other houses on the ‘estate’.)

*Please note, this property is not suitable for small kids as there is no  railing from the ground floor to the upper level.
