With seven double en suite bedrooms, and a further double en suite room available on request, the house can comfortably accommodate 14 to 16 people. The separate guest wing with two bedrooms and its own kitchen and lounge is ideal for a couple with children, as are two of the adjoining bedrooms in the main house. All the bedrooms are also suitable for adult couples.
Decorated in a consistently sophisticated style and equipped with top quality facilities, holiday accommodation at Lothian House ensures that guests lack for none of the luxuries of home while enjoying the sunshine and spectacular countryside of the Cape Winelands.
Living Areas:
•	Double volume dining room and formal lounge with seating for 14 to 16 people. Views of both sides of the farm, including the mountains, river, lake and pool.
•	Winter Lounge with a cocktail bar, cellar, large TV, surround sound system, DVD player, large leather couches, fireplace and exquisite views over the lake.
•	Sun Room with comfortable couches, big beanbags and doors that open up entirely giving the feeling of being on a porch. Views of river, pool, back garden and lake.
•	Family Room with TV, DVD player, an entire wall as a blackboard, a bird’s nest that can hold 200kg, beanbags, and loads of toys.
•	Gym with treadmill, exercise bike, air walker, rowing machine, whole exercise unit with weights, free weights, exercise ball, weight balls, sauna, TV, audio speakers, yoga mats.
•	Fully equipped kitchen with fridges and freezers, gas and electric hobs and ovens, built in espresso machine, and a breakfast table seating eight.
•	Other rooms: Two cloakrooms and a changing room with shower. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
